The BCI Fundraising Consultant will work closely with the Development Director and wider BCI team. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring that BCI is fully aware of the best funding opportunities, the deadlines for applications and the delivery of well written applications. As BCI is in its start-up phase of implementation, this role is particularly crucial in helping to ensure that start-up philanthropic funding is available to support BCI while it builds its membership base.
More specifically this role has been created to ensure as many funding proposals are submitted during the first half of 2011 as is possible, subject to prospect cultivation and deadlines. ?
