To administer all aspects of Direct Debits including entry onto F&D databases, submitting claims and dealing with any issues that arise. Administer all aspects of tax reclaims, ensuring that a high percentage of individual donors are signed up. Organise and update fundraising databases, acknowledge donations/grants using the most appropiate means and deal with optimisation, collection, processing, coding and distribution of donation boxes. General office duties and computer literacy essential.
