About the role:

The Forests Campaigner is a pivotal role based within the Program Department of Greenpeace Australia Pacific. The successful applicant will have a proven ability to devise, coordinate and drive all forests-related campaigns within the organization. They will provide creativity and leadership in planning campaigns and ensure the successful coordination of all aspects of a given campaign project.

Greenpeace is campaigning to save the world’s forests from crisis. We need healthy global forests to survive and concerted action is needed to end the destruction of our forest habitats. Our forest campaign has been hugely successful in shutting down markets for destructively logged products, something we could not have done without the people power of our supporters all over the world.

This full-time position will be responsible for the planning, coordination and review of all allocated forests projects, including budget management.
