Forest Plantation Managers

Green Resources are operating more than 10 forest plantations in four countries, each one undergoing rapid growth.  The size varies from 200 ha to 4,000 ha of planted forest, with annual planting targets ranging from 300 ha to 1,500 ha.  The plantation managers have the total responsibility for development and maintenance of the plantations.  They are intimately involved in highly technical and complicated work of carbon and FSC certification.  The company provides extensive internal exchange of experience and training.  Due to the expansion and changes of internal responsibilities, we are seeking plantation managers for our operations in Mozambique, Tanzania and Uganda.  The Plantation Managers are reporting to the Plantation Directors in the respective countries.
