Support the leadership of a cutting edge programme that's transforming schools and community food culture across England. We are a £multi-million programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund led by the Soil Association, working with schools and communities to increase knowledge and consumption of healthy and sustainable food via its award schemes and through direct support to 180 schools.
We are looking for a talented and creative manager to lead our team of nine regional staff and oversee the partnership's delivery programme across flagship schools. You will work with the regional teams to develop innovative approaches to secondary school engagement in this high profile programme which aims to address climate change and obesity through food culture.
You will manage the FFLP award scheme by developing a school recruitment strategy aimed to recruit 3,600 schools. You will ensure our information resources help schools to progress and advise on how best to position FFLP in external communications and policy work.
With substantial experience of working in schools, you will be an experienced people manager with a proven track record of managing change with outstanding communication, facilitation and organisation skills.
A fantastic opportunity for someone keen to advance their career nationally.
