Expert 2: Fisheries/aquaculture economist (Junior)
Qualifications and Skills:
? A university degree in fisheries economics or any other relevant field.
? Excellent communication and report writing skills;? Good computer and presentation skills;
? Excellent skills in spoken and written English;
Minimum Requirements:
? At least 3 years of experience in the field of agricultural institution strengthening,
? At least 3 years of experience in Arabic / North African countries within the framework of
international projects;
? Deep knowledge of Egyptian macro-economy, agriculture policy, institutions and actors;
? Experience in EU projects.
? Excellent knowledge of all aspects of the Arabic language.
