Asia Carbon Global spans 14 countries, globally. Asia Carbon Global's primary objective is to mitigate global climate change and initiate sustainable development through the application of the Kyoto Protocol financial mechanisms in particular the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), Joint Implementation (JI) and  Emissions Trading.

Asia Carbon Global  is looking for highly motivated, career oriented professionals to pursue  the growing Carbon market, to join their Singapore Office for the following position/s:

Title: CDM Process Engineers

Positions Available: 2

The candidate will work under Project implementation Team and hold the following primary responsibilities:

1. Data acquisition and development of Project Design Document
2. To submit the PDDs to DNA and involve in obtaining Host Country Approval
3. To accompany the Validators to site, and address the queries raised by the Validators
4. To assist the clients in monitoring and verification
5. Prepare CDM proposals to new clients and assist Business development team

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Energy and Environmental Engineering (Masters preferred)
• 1 - 2 years work experience relevant to CDM projects development is essential
• Fluency in English

Desirables:

• Experience in developing PDDs covering  baseline and monitoring methodologies (approved and new methodology)

Candidates may be required to travel within the region at a short notice

Start date:  Within one month from date of appointment
