Role Accountabilities 

Reporting into the Senior Analyst, this important role will provide financial and commercial support to the UK & Ireland region for project valuation and decision making.

Principal accountabilities

• Undertaking project and asset valuations
• Providing financial support and analysis for decision making
• Assist in the management of the regions financing facilities and relationship with the banks
• Development of the company's financial models and systems
• Maintaining and challenging the assumptions used in financial modeling
• Supporting new business activities & acquisition opportunities
• Assisting the Finance team at peak times to meet Accounting deadlines

Knowledge experience/skills

• Part qualified in an Accounting Professional Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Advanced analytical skills including advanced capability for spreadsheet based financial modeling is essential
• Experience in the production of management accounts is preferable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative, self sufficient problem solver
• Team player with the intellectual rigor, attention to detail and personality to command respect internally and externally
