This is an exciting opportunity to work within Triodos Investment Management's UK function.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Triodos Investment Management in the UK, you will work primarily for investment banking funds and products including Triodos Renewables plc. You will co-ordinate and manage project plans, timelines and shareholder administration to support the full range of Investment Banking products and services.  You will manage the interface between the department and others within the Triodos group and outsourced contracts with external parties.

You will be responsible for:

  • The financial management of  Triodos Renewables Plc
  • The financial management of Investment Management within the UK
  • Supporting business development via business planning, financial modelling, structuring, preparation of business cases, business development budgeting and managing project plans
  • Making sure the procedures are complete and up to date and ensuring that they are complete and in full effect. Also, ensuring that all products comply with our regulatory Conduct of Business obligations (e.g. Conduct of Business, Treating Customers Fairly etc)
  • Managing regulatory, company secretarial and marketing project timelines and deadlines in relation to TIM UK projects and business-lines
  • Supervising shareholder administration for our range of Triodos Investment Management UK product offerings.

We are looking for someone that has:

  • Strong leadership experience and qualities
  • At least five years of financial management experience ideally within an investment management or energy organisation
  • Company secretary experience and experience of working to a Financial Director level
  • A chartered accountancy qualification or have a similar and relevant qualification/experience
  • An ability to work independently whilst building relationships with international team members
  • Experience of financial modelling, business planning and familiarity with the UK financial investment regulatory environment.
