IField Team Lead – Rockhampton - Permanent Full Time

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced field team leader with
strong skills in vegetation management to contribute in a supervisory position
to our Rockhampton team. If you have great team management skills, commitment
to safe work practices and want to contribute to better management of Australia&rsquo;s
ecosystems, this is the role for you. You will supervise the implementation
of a wide range of vegetation and wildlife management projects within a
supportive team environment with great opportunities for learning and development.

At least 5 years experience in supervising and leading  a team

Extensive knowledge in native flora and weed identification

At least 5 years experience in managing a large scale restoration project
and delivery of  weed management and revegetation

Experience in  collecting in-field data, monitoring and reporting to project
managers

High level communication and interpersonal skills including client relationship
management

Productivity and teamwork skills including time management, responsiveness
and adaptability

Demonstrated safe work practice field team management , commitment to safety
and a passion to promote Ecosure&rsquo;s safety culture

First Aid

Chemcert or ACDC certification

Cert IV OHS or related training

Inductions for construction or resource industry
