Position will report to the Regional Filed Service Manager in Portland, OR. Required more than 05 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial Construction Supervision. Including planning projects and on-site Construction.
· Work effectively with Regional Manager, architects, engineers, contractors, city officials including inspectors, utility planners.
· Experienced in installation of Commercial and Residential Electrical Construction
· Schedule Projects, Monitor all construction work from start to finish
· Follow drafted deployment procedures and documents
· Perform on-site inspections
· Daily update project information in Company “Customer Resource Management” System
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum 05 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial Supervision
4 year Electrical Apprenticeship and Journeyman approved training
Occupational Safety Hazard Association (OSHA) 10 and 30 Qualification
Technical Computer Knowledge
Knowledge in the following areas:
National Fire and Building Code
Uniform Building Code
National Electrical Code
Local Utility Electrical Service Requirements
Local Building and Safety Codes
Preferred Skills
Strong Electrical Experience including Residential and Commercial Electrical Construction – Journeyman Electrical Project management for an Electrical Contractor
