Role and Responsibilities

Position will report to the Field Services Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ.

·         Work effectively with Regional Stakeholder Managers and National Sales departments to ensure all required documents are complete, system updated with account & opportunity and correct quantities of equipment estimated are listed.

·         Work effectively with Field Services Manager, Regional Project managers and Coordinator to ensure “Won” sales orders have assigned contractor, notice to proceed required equipment ordered and allocated to the assigned contractor, and are scheduled in a timely manner.

·         Work effectively with Contractors to assist with required documentation and portal updates and communication on schedule and equipment allocations.

·         Review required documentation for contractor invoice validation and update system with additional information provided not documented in the CCN portal. (Permit Fees, Dates, Invoice # and amount etc.)

·         Reporting progress of project installations, (Installation due, Contractor notifications, Scheduled, Installation Complete. Progress of Open Service calls, Pending Service, Follow-up, Complete.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational or practical experience in business field.

At least 3 year’s comprehensive knowledge of office administration and basic accounting.

Computer literate, proficient with office software packages

Strong writing, reading, listening and speaking communication skills.

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Ability to function and excel at a varied pace, startup work environment.

Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
