Field Ranger Internship

Assist Park Rangers with site maintenance, including brush cutting, mowing, and other landscaping duties; maintenance of existing structures; and inspection and cleaning of picnic areas.  Work with the Department Manager, Supervisor and Park Ranger in assisting with administrative duties (record keeping, log reports, computer work, etc.). 

Intern will gain an understanding and hands on experience of the daily operations and maintenance of managing park sites.  Furthermore, learn about overall Conservation District operations through daylong experiences with other departments.

Housing is available on a first-come basis, at $50/week.
