•Fixed term contract position up to the end of March 2010 - Addo Elephant National Park The incumbent will ensure the safety of WFW teams from dangerous animals whilst working in the game area, ensure teams comply with Health and Safety standards and that accurate records of incidents and sightings are kept. Auditing management of assets, equipment and herbicide stores, vehicle auditing, work place inspections and assisting in identifying problem areas and emerging alien plant species will also be required.
Candidates must have previous firearm handling experience, knowledge of Health and Safety Phase 1, 1 - 2 years’ infield experience, experience in Invasive Plant Clearing and be in possession of a Learners or Code 08 driver’s licence.
