Oberlin College invites applications for a Research Fellow in assessment of environmental attitude and behavior transformation. This is a full-time one year appointment with possible renewal for a second year. Candidates must have a PhD or equivalent, or be ABD with near-term defense date in social psychology, marketing, or other relevant discipline; a demonstrated interest in sustainability issues; the ability to design and execute effective research programs; proficiency in survey research and quantitative data analysis; excellent organizational and project management skills; and writing and presentation skills.
