Farm & Wilderness Foundation seeks a Managing Director

The Farm & Wilderness Foundation is seeking a Managing Director who will serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the Foundation. The Managing Director will report to the Executive Director, and will serve as the supervisor of the Administrative Management Team, which includes the Development, Finance and Facilities Departments. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic and fast-paced small office.

The right candidate should possess the appropriate combination of:

• A Master's degree in school or business administration or at least seven years of executive leadership experience;
• Knowledge and experience in Finance Management using Quickbooks and GAAP methodology; human resources management; information technology management; contract and project management; and risk management;
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills and ability to serve as a role-model for all of our staff and participants.
