F2F Membership Recruiter Permanent part-time post Flexible to suit – ideal for part time and weekend work (2 days per week) Closing Date: Mid-day on 31st January 2014 Interview Date: Monday 10th February Salary : £8.97 per hour plus commission of 60% of the annual value of memberships (excluding Gift Aid) for each member recruited above target. (Target of two members per day worked). Based at Area of work will cover all of Kent although Kent Wildlife Trust’s head office in Maidstone is the nominal base. The Job: Working directly for Kent Wildlife Trust to recruit long-term members through face to face recruiting. This will be carried out throughout Kent at various events and venues including the Trust’s five visitor centre and reserves using attractive displays and materials. You: We need enthusiastic people with a flair for communication, to recruit members for Kent Wildlife Trust, primarily through recruiting Face to Face, in your local area/s. We use a soft approach – no hard selling is involved. Although sales/fundraising experience and knowledge of wildlife would be an advantage, these are not a requirement as full training and support is provided. More important is your enthusiasm for wildlife and that you enjoy talking to people.
