1 Senior Expert: Team Leader - Senior Evaluation Expert / Rural Development Specialist Master degree in Economics/Rural Economics or in a field related to Rural Development, such as Agriculture, Development Studies, Political Sciences, Geography, or others; At least 10 years of professional experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluating projects, with geographical focus on Asia, preferably South Asia;
Educational qualifications and substantive professional experience in project evaluation methods and techniques, proven capacities in planning and implementing evaluation missions for development programmes financed by international donor agencies, whereby particular experiences with EU evaluation practices are an asset; Preferably solid knowledge of and practical experience with crosscutting aspects, such as environment and gender issues.?
