Experienced Solar Design and Installation Engineer, Paris Region (West), France

My client is a large provider of photovoltaic and solar thermal solutions to commercial clientele. They are now looking to expand the organisation and are looking for some strong solar design and installation engineers to join their dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities:

• You will be involved with the design of solar projects all the way from conception through to installation of the product.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility reports including Environmental Impact Assessments
• Coordination with clients on technical queries and the benefits of solar power; attending sales pitches alongside the salesperson when required
• Project management and planning of small- and medium- scale solar power plants (roof and ground based)
• Maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Must have 2-3 year experience in solar design and installation
• Have experience in dealing with roof and ground projects
• Must have a level of project management experience
• Be able to interact with clients and be a strong team player within your organisation
• Must come from an engineering background with a degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering from a top school
