Working closely with the CEO and Director of Operations (DOps) of Climate-KIC, KIC Executive team members and other key members of the KIC community, the post-holder will have sole responsibility for analysing information and intelligence to help inform effective decision-making, and also making decisions in delegated areas. He or she will ensure that the CEO/DOps and various governance bodies are provided with appropriate briefings, presentations, and research to enable them to undertake management activities effectively. The postholder will contribute towards the drafting and revision of strategic materials, business plans, performance reports, consultations and a variety of other materials. In performing these duties, the topics covered will be wide-ranging and is likely to require effective coordination between stakeholders. Where appropriate, he or she will also ensure that relevant procedures are in place and actions are followed up and delegated to the relevant part of the KIC administration and/or partner members.
