The Seattle Audubon Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to cultivate and lead a community that values and protects birds and the natural environment. Established in 1916, the Seattle Audubon Society is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead the organization into its second century. The Executive Director is the leader and chief administrative officer of Seattle Audubon and is responsible for the operations, staff, and finances of the organization. The Executive Director must ensure that the organization has a clear strategic vision that aligns with the mission and is responsible for developing and managing the human and financial resources necessary to implement the mission and meet the strategic goals. This is a full-time exempt position, hired and supervised by the President of the Seattle Audubon Board of Directors. Seattle Audubon provides a competitive salary and an employee benefits program.
