Summary of Function:

To provide leadership and direction of all Divisional activities including the cultivation of the donor community, the creation, delivery and assessment for all fundraising programs, the management of Foundation staff, the governance of the Foundation members and volunteers.  To select, train and motivate divisional staff.  Occupational Health and Safety is a major responsibility of this position.
