Having guided RECOFTC through innovative growth over the past nine years, Executive Director Dr. Yam Malla is nearing the end of his final term. During Dr. Malla's tenure, RECOFTC has increased its visibility as a hub for community forestry knowledge; broadened its scope beyond a training center; expanded thematic programs; and introduced country programs in Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. We are currently seeking a new executive director to continue to provide dynamic leadership and guide the organization's capacity-building efforts through targeted training, research and analysis, strategic communications, and demonstration projects.
