The Executive Director of the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center (SANC) is responsible for the consistent achievement of SANC’s mission, strategies, policies, programs, business operations and financial objectives as well as its contribution to conservation locally and in the region. He/She will be a strategic thinking entrepreneur, a leader, fundraiser, and charismatic facilitator who is able to work with public and private partners to operate a “flagship” Audubon Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Working with the Friends of Schlitz Audubon Nature Center (FOSANC) Board, the Director evaluates all SANC plans, programs, activities, and procedures with regard to their planned purpose, sustainability, and impact on the organization and community. |
