Your tasks:
Provide overall leadership and management for Greenpeace Belgium (about 55 permanent staff members).
Develop and spread vision and strategy within Greenpeace Belgium.
Provide direct management for the senior management team (four directors).
Participate in the worldwide development of Greenpeace.
Promote a culture of efficient priority management throughout the organization and make final decisions for Greenpeace Belgium when necessary.
Monitor and steer the effectiveness of Greenpeace Belgium in its vital functions (campaign & actions, communication & mobilization, fundraising, human resources and finance).
Watch over the respect for the ethical standards, the internal rules and operating procedures.
Maintain an effective relationship with the Board.
