The Board of Directors of the Bainbridge Island Land Trust (BILT) is seeking an Executive Director to lead and manage the organization and grow its critical conservation efforts. The Bainbridge Island Land Trust (BILT) preserves and stewards the diverse natural environment of Bainbridge Island for the benefit of all. Bainbridge Island is located in central Puget Sound 8 miles west of Seattle, WA and has a population of 23,290. From its inception in 1989 to date, BILT has preserved more than 1,136 acres (6%) of Bainbridge Island.
BILT seeks an executive director who is a leader, program builder, and fundraiser who will build upon the very significant role the Land Trust has played in conservation efforts to date, and who will help devise and lead an impressive and impactful array of new efforts.
