Executive Business Manager

We are looking for someone with first class organisational business and administration skills and lots of energy. You will enjoy problem solving and pay attention to the detail. This role supports the Chief Executive and works across the charity business, reviewing and putting in place the processes, policies and best practice. You will be able to support and develop organisational business planning, monitoring business plans and budgets, and prepare and present reports for different audiences. 

This is a new position, initially for three years, and is an opportunity for someone to influence and shape our business operations to enable the Trust to develop and grow in the future. We are looking for someone who is confident with corporate business systems who will help us shape the Earth Trust to enable growth and achieve our charitable objectives, and with aspirations to be charity company secretary.
