The Great Lakes / Atlantic Regional Office of Ducks Unlimited, Inc. has an opening for a Executive Assistant located in Ann Arbor, MI. The incumbent will become part of a team of biologists, engineers and other professionals responsible for the protection, restoration and enhancement of wetland and associated habitats in the Great Lakes Atlantic Region. Qualifications: Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position and have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. The candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, have exceptional organizational skills, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite are required. Knowledge of personnel procedures and accounting practices is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities: Executive Assistant shall have responsibilities for managing the operation and day-to-day activities of the regional office for the Great Lakes/Atlantic Regional office. Duties include administrative/clerical support to management staff by maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, drafting agendas and correspondence, planning meetings, problem solving and coordinating projects; inventory; office budget & purchasing; supervise other administrative support staff; provide back-up coverage for other support staff; in coordination with Human Resources, assist staff with personnel matters; maintain pool vehicle records; and other duties as assigned.
