Location:  Seattle, Washington, USA. 

Salary Range:  Competitive salary, dependent on experience

Minimum requirements:  Must have the right to work in the U.S.; 3-5 years demonstrated success providing high-level executive and administrative support to one or more top executives.

Overview:  The primary responsibility of this demanding post is providing critical executive support to the Regional Director.  The Executive Assistant additionally supports the Office Manager and other directors in the MSC Americas office, a fast paced and multi-faceted operation.  The job includes providing secretarial, administrative and project support to the Regional Director including schedule management; correspondence; national and international travel arrangements; online research and final preparation of reports; PowerPoint presentations and speaking notes; organization and logistics for meetings and conference calls; filing and organization; and other duties.  A portion of time will also be dedicated to assisting others in the office with reports and presentations, photocopying, data entry and other support functions.  The Executive Assistant role is of critical importance to the successful functioning of the Regional Director, Americas and the regional team.  

This is an important role with an organization making a significant difference in sustainability of commercial fishing globally. It requires poise and maturity, exceptional organizational and communication skills, extensive executive support experience, excellent business skills, the ability to take direction as well as exercise independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple obligations simultaneously.
