We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a reliable and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in London. The Executive Assistant will provide a wide range of essential administration and organisational support services to the Chief Executive and promote high standards of governance through the provision of effective support to Trustees. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and growing international organisation dedicated to protecting the environment.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, efficient and able to handle a number of competing priorities, with excellent written and verbal skills in English. You will need a professional and friendly manner and be able to establish good working relationships with the SMT, the Board of Trustees, and with colleagues throughout the organisation. We are looking for someone with positive attitude, and with adaptable and focused approach to work.

You will be joining an organisation of 80-strong staff, including legal experts qualified in more than ten jurisdictions based across offices in London, Brussels and Warsaw and with lawyers in Ghana, Gabon and Congo Brazzaville. ClientEarth is a public interest environmental law group founded in 2007, and we bring together law, science and policy to create practical solutions to key environmental challenges. Working in partnership with civil society and policy-makers, we are committed to securing the rights of citizens and civil society to participation, information and justice in environmental matters.
