Where does this role sit within the organisation? This role will be part of the Resources team. What will the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive do? This is a key role, requiring a high degree of responsibility in assisting the CEO to run the organisation successfully. The EA to the CEO is the first point of contact for the CEO, responsible for keeping abreast of her various commitments and ensuring that her time and all related documentation are managed efficiently and effectively. The role includes high-level support for Forum’s Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team. The role requires the ability to deal with competing high level demands, and careful judgement and due diligence to manage flows of information of all types. The role will also require research (including support for pitches and presentations) and some project management. The EA to the CEO is a job share role. Both job holders share the duties and responsibilities of the role, which will be organised and shared equally to ensure all parts of the job description are covered.
