Position requires a six month commitment November 2012 to April 2013. Applicants must have open availability the week of April 1, 2013. This position assists PAWS Events Coordinator in preparing and executing fundraising events, including PAWS Wild Night, PAWSwalk, and third party events. This position will have a special focus on planning PAWS Wild Night, PAWS’ annual gala and auction, by procuring auction items, working with donors and guests, and assisting with day-of execution of the event. The successful candidate will also provide assistance with public inquiries, third party event planning, gift processing, donor acknowledgement, and other tasks as needed.
