European Wind Turbine Sales Manager, Spain, Europe

My client is the market leading wind turbine producer. They aim to develop the best performing wind power plants and the most environmentally friendly.

 Responsibilities:-

• Identify and assess wind turbine sales opportunities
• Manage key strategic accounts and drive and develop relations with these customers
• Manage the whole commercial process in wind turbine sales(bid preparation, price and contract negotiation, risk assessment, management of internal approval process, and contract closing)
• Coordination of construction and maintenance phases.
• Management of sales force and develop and coach sales team
• Responsible ensuring corporate conditions and financial margins achieved
• Negotiation of customer specific service and support contracts
• Negotiating terms and closing deals

Requirements:-

• You will have at least 5 years of wind trubine sales experience, with an excellent track record
• Must have strong educational background (Business Studies or similar dicispline, makreting or economics, MBA would be desirable)
• Experience in leading a team( strong advantage )
• Willing to travel to meet clients

• Strong technical background
• Good communication skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Any other European language benefical)
