You will contribute to our client’s ongoing research of wind energy markets and company strategies focused on Europe. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing market and competitive intelligence on new projects, long-term generation plans, green power programs, regulatory initiatives, and industry structure in a wide range of renewable technologies with a primary focus on wind energy.

Based in Barcelona, primary responsibilities include: maintaining market forecast and project pipeline databases; initiation and writing Executive Briefings and Strategy Papers; contributing and eventually leading in-depth market studies; collaborating to serve industry-leading clients on a continuous basis to provide market research, competitive analysis, and strategy support.

Our client is looking for demonstrated interest and experience in written research and strategy analysis, preferably in the energy or other infrastructure sector. Strong understanding of business models, familiarity with forecasting and/or financial models and some experience in consulting, journalism and research or project management would be desirable.
