The EU Timber Regulation Enforcement Lawyer will play a crucial role in identifying strategic opportunities to test and strengthen the application of the Timber Regulation, and in developing test cases. Specifically, this will include developing a robust analysis of the Timber Regulation and other relevant legislation and building up an enforcement strategy through direct litigation and awareness raising-style 'test-cases'.
