EU Environmental Lawyer, London, £60-100,000This non-profit environmental firm is looking to recruit an experienced EU Environmental lawyer who has excellent knowledge of the EUETS regulations and low carbon policy and implications.Responsibilities include:
Advising clients on EU climate and energy issues
Legal analysis of all aspects of EU climate and environmental policy and regulations
Drafting of legal documents to support new EU Environmental proposals
High level of client interaction and structuring of documents to meet clients needs
Skills Required:
Excellent knowledge of European law and especially regulations and policy surrounding EUETS and Low Carbon initiatives
Excellent client facing skills
An LLM or equivalent
Experience of negotiating with clients and drafting documentations, ideally with regards to environmental law
