We are looking for a creative and well organised self-starter to join the recruitment team at our vibrant office in Shoreditch, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting participants to Frontier’s extensive range of exciting volunteering, research and travel opportunities around the world. The Ethical Travel Consultant will ensure the expectations of participants are effectively managed to enable them to have a rewarding and successful experience with Frontier; through the delivery of our screening process and securing their places on their chosen project.

With previous experience of working in a sales/recruitment environment the Ethical Travel Consultant will work to increase awareness of the opportunities offered by Frontier through a range of existing and new activities and in coordination with other departments.


Role Ouline:

  • Convert interest into sales through common sales practices
  • Co-ordinate interviews and recruitment sessions;
  • Increase both the number of people engaged and the number of new volunteers recruited by making outbound calls to existing sales leads;
  • Maintain and develop existing and new volunteers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service and volunteer satisfaction;
  • Achieve specified sales conversion targets;
  • Liaise with external sources including the Media, Schools, Colleges and Universities;
  • Generate interest through a range of outreach activities;
  • Write evaluation and statistics reports when required;
  • Provide comprehensive, accurate and current marketing information on the projects;
  • Process and present information on the recruitment of volunteers;
  • Help potential volunteers secure their place on a Frontier project;
