Position Purpose:Implements, directs, and supervises the Environmental and Energy programs and policies for the plant. Provides plant environmental and energy performance information and action plans for performance improvement to management. Directs the work of wastewater treatment plant staff. Assume a support role for executing energy initiatives at the facility.
Required (Basic) Experience & EducationBachelors Degree in Engineering. Five years of leading change and managing environmental and energy conservation programs within a manufacturing environment. Wastewater treatement plant experience a plus.
Required Competencies & Other SkillsMust be proficient in applicable computer and software use. Must be able to communicate and work closely with employees at all levels of the company. Must be capable of leading change in a diverse business environment. Strong business acumen.
Preferred Experience & EducationExposure to World Class Manufacturing initiatives, 5S.
