Our Environmental Remediation group is dedicated to managing environmental issues professionally and proactively. Our staff of professionals includes specialists in environmental site assessment, risk assessment, site remediation, toxicology, GIS, and Information Management.  Our team members have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects ranging from Phase I/II environmental site assessments to both human and ecological risk assessment and complex Brownfield redevelopment projects. We are seeking exceptionally talented and enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in the natural sciences to join our team and advance their career.

 

Responsibilities:

We have an immediate opportunity for an Intermediate Environmental Site Assessor to join our dynamic Environmental Remediation team in Ontario. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities:

  • Manage and work directly on environmental site assessment (Phase I/II) and remediation projects;
  • Carry-out office duties such as coordination of projects and field programs, data management, analysis and interpretation, report preparation, proposal preparation, and other general tasks; and
  • Manage clients in various sectors, ranging from oil and gas to government, insurance and commercial real estate.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Hydrogeology or Engineering
  • Three to five years of related experience
  • Eligibility for registration with PEO or APGO within one year of starting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the various provincial and federal environmental regulations and guidelines
