THE JOB—WHAT IT IS:
As an Environmental Scientist with Terracon you will conduct environmental research and collection, evaluate data, perform field inspections, and prepare reports. You will also conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and other environmental consulting tasks.
THE PERSON—WHAT IT TAKES:
A Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related science is required. A Masters Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related science is preferred. Experience in environmental science or consulting engineering is preferred. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; and a demonstrated ability to prepare technical reports are required. You must have a valid drivers license.
