This is a 12 month assignment opportunity in the Bodmin based A&R team.
With Environmental Monitoring, the A&R team delivers a specialist ecological, chemical & microbiological service to the Area and analyses our monitoring data to help plan real environmental improvements at the local and national level.

It will be technical development framwork (TDF) based; will support an individual's personal development plan (PDP) delivery and will focus mainly on project delivery, environmental analysis & national level reporting within the national Water Framework Directive (WFD) abandoned metal mines project.
Experience/skills required
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, with environmental monitoring experience relevant to mine water impact assessment and who can demonstrate the capabilities necessary to manage several catchment based impact assessment projects simultaneously.
The role will have a high profile within the Environment Agency and our mine water remediation partners, so will need excellent team working, influencing and networking skills.
