Job Description
You will be required to implement and maintain a Station Environmental Management System and audit regime and to provide assistance and advice relating to environmental protection. To maintain a Station Station Health and Environment (SHE) Web-Site to enhance communication relating to all SHE matters. Attend Safety Health Environmental Protection & Sustainable Development Committee meetings and provide updates/action plans to committee members on environmental/contractor matters.To act as Duty Holder on behalf of the Station Commander in discharging his duties in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Occupiers Liability Act 1984.

Accomplishments/Tests
5 GCE/GCSE passes, including 2 at A Level Grade E or above or equivalent, or NVQ Management Level 3 or Level 4, or Suitable Civil Service clerical experience.

Employment Terms
This is a Permanent appointment.

This post is Full Time, but open to Part Time/Job Share applicants.

Hours of Work: 42 including meal breaks.

The full time starting salary will be £19,315.
