Environmental Engineers/Scientists

URS Germany operates in 14 office locations and employs over 200 professionals. To enable our growth we are searching for Environmental Engineers / Scientists to support a major client at Baumholder.

Responsibilities will include directly supporting the client in various environmental programs/areas (e.g., hazardous materials/waste management, asbestos management, solid waste management, environmental noise management, air quality management, etc.) implementing their environmental management system.

You should have a degree in environmental engineering/sciences or similar with 2-3 years of work experience. Very good English writing and speaking skills is a necessity. General understanding of German and US environmental regulations and ISO 14001 will be a plus.

These positions require that you be physically located in Baumholder for the contract period. The contract period is expected to be for one year with the possibility of an extension depending on performance and availability of funds.
