The Environmental Engineer Adviser, based at the Secretariat of the Pacific Islands Applied Geoscience Commission (SOPAC), located in Suva, Fiji Islands, will assume direct responsibility for the technical delivery of the regional and national project components of the Pacific IWRM Project, working with other members of the PCU as the principal technical project post. The position will be co-funded between the GEF Pacific IWRM project, and the EU Water Facility IWRM National Planning Programme. The two projects will be implemented in a coordinated approach to support countries in the development of IWRM plans and environmental stress reduction.
