Position Description: Saudi Aramco, long known for its leadership in oil exploration, production, and refining, is seeking experienced professionals to join our Pipelines team. We have an immediate requirement for experienced Environmental Coordinator.
Principle responsibilities include: - Act as the single point contact between their respective & the PD/PTSD Safety Engineer - Act as the single point contact between the GM staff & the Admin Area for all safety related matters - Plan, schedule and provide work direction for safety related items as required for preparation of studies, designs, reports, correspondence, and related data and assures efficiency, adequacy and compliance in safety matters - Survey facilities and make recommendations concerning possible safety improvements - Coordinate findings with other staff groups such as the Admin Area, Medical Department... etc - Review work of subordinate personnel and consolidate monthly Safety reports - Check to see that reports are written to established methods of good report presentation - Make recommendations for further study or report changes - Contribute towards special accident investigation committees set up to investigate the cause of major accidents and means of preventing their recurrence - Act as Pipeline Department technical representative with Saudi Arab Government, when required, on problems concerning safety - Must have thorough Knowledge of loss prevention SMS, calculation methods incident KPIs.
Minimum Requirements: BS Environmental Science or Environmental Engineer. With 8 to 15 years experience as an Environmental Engineer or Environmental Coordinator in the Oil and Gas Industry
