Environmental Consultants with US DOD Experience

URS Corporation is one of the world’s largest global consultancies involved in environmental and engineering design solutions for the built environment. We are also one of the leading consultancies to US Department of Defense agencies in Europe. 

We continually look for experienced environmental consultants to join our teams in Germany, providing services to the US Army, Navy, Air Force and other DOD agencies. Positions are likely to be office or site based, in the Rheinland-Pfalz area. 

Day to day responsibilities could include providing technical expertise in the fields of hazardous materials and waste management, environmental noise, air quality consulting and implementing Environmental Management systems. 

Candidates should have a qualification in environmental sciences, with at least 2 years experience in this field, ideally with experience of working for DOD agencies and knowledge of German and US legislation. Very good English and German language skills are essential.
