Environmental Consultant to MOD

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our growing environmental consultancy. This is an opportunity to play a major role in expanding our environmental services provided to MOD. Key activities will include pursuing opportunities, completing task orders, and working with other AMEC divisions to provide services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
You should have a background working on MOD projects and/or sites. Ideally you will have 5+ years proven track record in delivering effective environmental projects as well as relevant academic qualifications and membership of a recognized professional organisation. Good client communication, project delivery and team leadership skills are essential together with an excellent understanding of UK and European environmental law and MOD policies. Experience working in a commercial environment and a successful business development track record are strongly desired.
