Environmental and Property Condition Assessor (PCA) Consultant

We seeking a qualified Environmental and PCA Consultant (Engineer or Architect) in our Commercial Real Estate Department to assist in growing our business. This is a unique role at GaiaTech, as a blend for both due diligence consulting and property condition assessment will be important in this position.

 

Environmental Consultant role

Ability to independently identify and analyze RECs and noteworthy issues.

Requires minimal guidance from TLs and supervisors for primarily non-industrial properties

with less complex histories.

Self awareness to ask for technical guidance and support.

Ability to manage multiple assignments at once

Complete the suite of CRE services on a variety of property types across the country. ACM, Lead in water, lead in paint, mold, radon surveys.

Complete projects on time, on budget with minimal changes needed.

 

Property Condition Assessor role

Working as part of a team and independently in the evaluation of the condition of commercial and industrial buildings in various locations in the US.

BS or BA in Engineering or Architectural discipline required.

Some knowledge of commercial and/or industrial buildings beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Must be detail – orientated, be able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously, and have good oral and written communication skills.

Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and databases is required.
