ENVIRON's French offices are seeking candidates for an Environmental and Industrial Risks Project Manager. The position can be based out of Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, or Paris.

The primary duties of this position include:
  • Regulatory assessments (permit request (DDAE), impact assessments, human health risk assessment, hazard studies, regulatory compliance)
  • Support for air dispersion modeling for chronic risks
  • Regulatory compliance audits
  • Environmental management assistance and REACh
  • Technical and commercial support to project teams
  • Involvement in commercial proposals and business development
  • Ensure client coordination and relationships
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of modeling software including ADMS and AIRMOD and related methodological guides
  • Experience in permit requests -DDAE- and complex health risk assessments and environmental files
  • Experience with and knowledge of industrial process (chemistry or parachemistry)
  • Proactive mind-set and autonomy
  • Ability to engage in teamwork and networking
  • Commercial development skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Fluent in English and French
Required Experience
  • 10 to 15 years experience required in the consultancy, industrial or engineering sector
  • Engineering school degree or equivalent with a background in the environment
  • Experience with impact assessments, human health risk assessment, REACh assistance and environmental management systems
