Environmental and EMS Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Brighton's Environmental Team, where your experience in environmental management will support building a sustainable future.  

As a member of the Environmental Team you will be engaging with staff and students to embed environmental principles and best practices.  This will include managing the Environmental Management System (EMS) and embedding a culture to minimise waste and increase recycling or reuse.  As part of a small team you will be providing support, advice and guidance to staff and students across the University. 

To succeed in this role, you will need to work as part of a small team and be able to use knowledge and experience to problem solve, influence and communicate with other groups and teams. You will be expected to operate in a highly professional manner and maintain effective relationships across the University.
